Position Overview and Primary Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced administrator to provide primary support to our sales team.

  • Assist in preparation of quotations, presentations, supporting documentation
  • Responsible for maintaining sales-related activities such as quote log, sales forecast, performance reports, and demos
  • Organize calendars, schedules, and meetings between parties (salesmen, customers, prospects, and other team members)
  • Maintain an accurate database of customers and prospect contacts in the company CRM Software
  • Provide administrative assistance to President and Senior Management
  • Other sales and office related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Professional etiquette; both verbal and written
  • Must be able to work closely with management and sales team
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
