Training

Effective training is the cornerstone of your AIMS success. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of training courses that have been designed to deliver effective learning solutions for your organization. All training is highly interactive and encourages attendees’ participation and questions.

 

Training classes are available at your location, at our office in Southfield, Michigan, and via the Internet.

AIMS ORIENTATION

AIMS Orientation is a one-day class reserved for new AIMS users. This course provides a comprehensive understanding of the application and use of AIMS Core Components.

AIMS GO-LIVE ADVANTAGE

AIMS Go-Live Advantage is for new AIMS users only. It is held at your site on Go-Live day. An experienced Phoenix specialist will be there to provide immediate assistance and answer questions during the software launch. The on-site specialist will also assist with the setup of Reports, Data Managers, Security, and more.

AIMS IMPLEMENTATION I

Implementation I is an extension of the Orientation course for new users. In addition to learning about the functionality and use of the AIMS Core Components, you also have the opportunity to utilize class time for the implementation and use of three AIMS Optional Components of your choice.

SYSTEM OPTIMIZATION I

System Optimization I is a one-day review course for current AIMS users. You will review AIMS Database Codes, Equipment, and Work Orders. Those who need assistance with data standardization will also be given recommendations to ensure consistency throughout AIMS.

AIMS IMPLEMENTATION II

AIMS Implementation II is a two-day class for new users that will guide you through the implementation and use of AIMS Core Components as well as six AIMS Optional Components of your choice.

SYSTEM OPTIMIZATION II

System Optimization II is a two-day class for current AIMS users, in which your Database Codes, Equipment, and Work Orders are reviewed and any found data issues are resolved.

INTERNET TRAINING

Internet Training is conducted online using GoToMeeting, and provides an efficient way for you to refresh and expand your knowledge of AIMS. You will be given the opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussions with the instructor and your other teammates. Internet Training topics include Optional Component training, general AIMS refresher courses, reports training, and much more.

CUSTOM TRAINING

Custom training allows you to work with a dedicated Phoenix trainer to tailor classes to meet your unique needs, including in-depth component training or training for newly purchased Optional Components.
