Classes
Understanding how to use AIMS is essential
to ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity within your department. Phoenix Data offers several training classes
conducted by expert AIMS Training specialists to meet your specific needs.
Phoenix Data recommends an Implementation
Plus training class and our Implementation Planning Services for a complete
program. Implementation Planning
Services includes analysis and evaluation of each facility’s implementation,
daily use and management decisions within AIMS.
Training classes are available on site or
at Phoenix Data’s offices in
AIMS Orientation Class
This class is for the new AIMS user with
emphasis on the code structure for implementation and use of AIMS base
components. Class includes Data
Managers, Administration, Security, Work Orders, Equipment set up, PM Scheduling
and Customer Service. Upon completion of
this class you will have the ability to implement and use AIMS in your
organization.
This one day class can be held on site or
at Phoenix Data and is for new AIMS users.
AIMS Implementation Plus Class
This class is for the new AIMS user with
emphasis on the code structure for implementation and use of AIMS base
components. Class includes Data
Managers, Administration Security, Work Orders, Equipment set up, PM Scheduling
and Customer Service. Also included is
training for up to five (5) optional components and “go live” set up and
procedures. Upon completion of this
class you will have the ability to implement and use AIMS base system and
several optional components in your organization.
This one and one-half day class can be held
on site or at Phoenix Data and is for new AIMS users.
The Implementation Plus
Class can also be extended to include additional optional components and
technician training.
AIMS Interaction Class
This class is for the intermediate AIMS
user with emphasis on daily interaction with AIMS. The class reviews Data Managers,
Administration, Security, Work Orders, Equipment set up, PM Scheduling and
Customer Service. Upon completion of
this class, you will have an understanding of the AIMS foundation and how to
achieve your responsibilities using AIMS.
This one day class is typically held on
site and is for intermediate AIMS users.
AIMS System Optimization Class
This class is for experienced AIMS users
who would like their system setup reviewed and optimized by Phoenix Data. Phoenix will interview managers on site to
better understand how AIMS is used at your facility. Phoenix will then review the system and make
suggestions for improvements to better utilize AIMS. [Upon request, a review of Data Managers,
Administration, Security, Work Orders, Equipment set up, PM Scheduling and
Customer Service can also be included.]
This one day class is held on site and is
for experienced AIMS users.
