AIMS.NET Training Classes

Understanding how to use AIMS is essential to ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity within your department. Phoenix Data offers several training classes conducted by expert AIMS.NET Training specialists to meet your specific needs.

All training classes include a syllabus, training manual and other relevant class materials. Training classes are available on-site or at Phoenix Data's offices in Southfield, Michigan

Phoenix Data recommends an Implementation Plus training class and our Implementation Planning Services for a complete program. Implementation Planning Services includes analysis and evaluation of each facility's implementation and daily use and management decisions within AIMS.NET.

   Orientation Class

This class is for the new AIMS.NET user with emphasis on the code structure for implementation and use of the AIMS.NET system components. The class includes Data Managers, Administration, Security, Work Orders, Equipment set up, PM Scheduling, Labor Productivity and Customer Service. Upon completion of this class you will have the ability to implement and use AIMS.NET in your organization. Upon request, the optional components AIMS.PDA and EasyNet™ Request can be included at no additional charge.

Class is held on site or at Phoenix Data and is 1 day (6 hours).

   Implementation Plus

This class is for the new AIMS.NET user with emphasis on the code structure for implementation and use of the AIMS.NET system components. The class includes Data Managers, Administration, Security, Work Orders, Equipment set up, PM Scheduling, Labor Productivity and Customer Service. Also included is training for up to five (5) optional components and "go live" set up and procedures. Upon completion of this class you will have the ability to implement and use AIMS.NET in your organization. Upon request, the optional components AIMS.PDA and EasyNet™ Request can be included at no additional charge.

Class is held on site or at Phoenix Data. Class as described above is 1 ½ days (9 hours).

Add training for up to ten (10) optional components or training for technicians. Total of 2 days (12 hours).

Add training for up to ten (10) optional components and training for technicians. Total of 2 ½ days (15 hours).

   Interaction

This class is for the beginner/intermediate AIMS.NET user with emphasis on daily interaction with AIMS.NET. The class reviews Data Managers, Administration, Security, Work Orders, Equipment set up, PM Scheduling, Labor Productivity and Customer Service. Upon completion of this class, you will have an understanding of the AIMS.NET foundation and how to achieve your responsibilities using AIMS.NET. Upon request, the optional components AIMS.PDA and EasyNet™ Request can be included at no additional charge.

Class is held on site only. Class is 1 day (6 hours).

   System Optimization

This class is for the experienced AIMS.NET users who would like their system setup reviewed and optimized by Phoenix Data. Phoenix will interview the management team to better understand how AIMS.NET is used at your facility. We then conduct a full training review and make suggestions for improvements for better system utilization. Upon request, review of Data Managers, Administration, Work Orders, Equipment set up, PM Scheduling and Customer Service can also be included.

Class is held on site only. Class is 1 day (6 hours).

   Custom and Internet Training

Custom classes and Internet training classes are also available. Custom classes are developed by the trainer and the customer to directly meet users' specific needs. Custom classes are available on-site or at Phoenix Data's offices in Southfield, Michigan. Internet training may be scheduled for as little as a one-hour refresher, or for up to four hours.
