With over twenty years of user input, AIMS is very rich in features and functions. The following are just a few of the unique items designed to make your job as a manager or technician easier and more efficient.

Global Change

Global Change lets you change whole groups of information at once. This is very effective when changing information like PM schedules, cost centers, equipment location, equipment risk and tag numbers.

Required Fields

You can define which fields are required for data entry to ensure data completeness.

Cue Cards

Cue Cards let you define the standards for each data field. For example, the Cue Card for the serial number field can indicate the date entered must be in all caps with no spaces.

Preloaded Data

AIMS can be preloaded with ECRI equipment type codes and nomenclature, the manufacturer’s information, and/or with AHA’s procedures and equipment maintenance protocols.
