AIMS-LAN Overview

Over 600 multi-hospital systems and single hospitals needs are satisfied by AIMS. The majority of our customers use AIMS-LAN to manage both Biomedical Engineering and Plant Engineering.

AIMS-LAN is a component-based system. The user selects optional components to add to the base system, creating a solution that meets their management style and requirements. The “valid entry” backbone embedded throughout all components creates a database of consistent data for valuable analysis. “Valid entry” requirements on key fields throughout the system require that data be selected from predefined choices set up in the Data Managers. To ease data entry and speed valid entry selection, there are lookup tables and Smartfill for each field.
