AIMS Implementation Planning Services

Designed to aid in the implementation and kick-off of the AIMS System, Implementation Planning Services is dedicated support from one of Phoenix’ Management Services staff. This includes analysis and evaluation of each facility’s implementation, daily use and management decisions within AIMS. Also included are supporting materials to optimize your installation and implementation. In essence, you are gaining a resource who is an expert in the infrastructure and proper use of the AIMS System. Your assigned Management Services staff member will work with you and your implementation team to perform the AIMS installation that matches your management style and needs.

Implementation Planning Services are enhanced with our “Seven Tracks to Implementation” and “AIMS Valid Entry Setup and Configuration Recommendations”. These tools aid Phoenix’ Management Services staff member with defining time lines and achieving an accurate assessment of your system set up in relation to your staffing, organizational structure and management style.

Throughout the implementation stages, Phoenix’ Management Services staff member will offer recommendations based on our experience. Prior to going live, a final review will be conducted to ensure your setup provides optimum satisfaction and success for your facility.
